Bubba Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 19, 2026

Some US states, including Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut, have laws that protect "consumer health data." This page explains what health data Bubba collects, why, who it goes to, and how to use your rights. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else. "Bubba," "we," and "us" mean Aram Abramian.

What health data we collect, and why

Bubba collects health data only when you enter it, and only to provide the features you use:

Bubba works out sleep predictions, feeding patterns, and growth percentiles on your iPhone. They aren't sent to us.

We don't use health data for anything else. We don't use it for ads, we don't use it to train AI models, and we don't sell it. If we ever wanted to use it for a different purpose or share it with anyone new, we'd ask for your consent first, separately.

Where it comes from

Who it goes to

That's everyone. Health data never goes to Mixpanel, Superwall, or any analytics, advertising, or data company, not even as the kind of entry you logged. We don't have affiliates.

Bubba never asks for your location, and no other company can use Bubba to collect your health data over time or across other apps and websites.

Your rights

You can:

To make a request, email bubbasupport@gmail.com. We may need to confirm it's you. We'll answer within 45 days. If we need more time, up to 45 more days, we'll tell you why within the first 45. Requests are free, up to twice a year.

Appeals. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with "Appeal" in the subject. We'll answer within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can complain to the Washington Attorney General or to the attorney general where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
